Referral Fees

Sealeys Walker Jarvis are pleased to be able to recommend to our residential landlords and tenants a range of additional services to help them with their property journey. None of these services are obligatory and you are free to use any service provider of your choice.

If you decide to use one of our recommended providers please be assured that this will NOT increase the fees you pay them, which will remain as quoted to you. If you choose to use a provider recommended by us we will receive the following fee/commission from the provider:

• Homebox (utility offers for tenants) £50 per tenant package
• One Utility Bill (Notify) – Utilities Contractor for tenants – Between £7.50 - £17.50 plus VAT per package
• Goodlord – Landlord / Tenant insurance from £10 - £25 per policy taken out

Tenant Broadband & Media Offers from £10 - £60 per signed up package

Utility Management Service / Switching Service £10 per successful notification or switch

All Bills Included Service - £50 per property if tenants sign up to this service
